• For the confirmation of your booking, we shall get in touch with you 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride
• You’ll receive an email from us as confirmation of your booking
• Turn up in light and comfortable clothes, hats and a good pair of sunglasses
• Each buggy can accommodate 4 persons on every ride
• The minimum age required to drive a buggy is 16
• Please furnish a valid ID proof when asked to
• Children who come for the ride should be at least 5 years old

The Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no charges for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip
• There shall be a 100% charge if the cancellations are made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip
• If you’re found eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
