Child Policy

• All the children aged 5 to 11 are eligible for the child rate on some tours.
• Children under 5 are not allowed in the shared vehicle. However, they can opt for private vehicles.
• Children under 5 are not allowed on the hot air balloon flights
• For safety, children may need to use booster seats or other child safety seating, depending on age
• The company reserves the right not to accept children on tours due to safety concerns

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges are applied if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour. 
• A 100 % cancellation fee is charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
• If you are eligible,e for a refund, then the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days after the cancellation.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will take about 7 to 14 working days to be reflected in your account. 
• You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. 
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used (cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card).
• In case there is any deal, then make sure that you contact your bank directly.

• 4-course Dinner: Savour the taste of a hearty Emirati meal that features the Shorbat Adas Soup, the starters like Kibbeh, Sambousek, and Baba Ganoush. Hummus, Rocca Salad, Fattoush Salad. The main course will include Traditional Lamb Ouzi, Harees, Camel Meat, Charcoal Grilled Chicken, and Vegetable Tagine.
• Beverages: Arabic coffee, mineral water, fresh juices, Vimto, camel milk, karak chai, and a variety of teas and coffees will be waiting for you during the whole adventure.
• Dessert: Luqaimat and Assorted Fresh Fruit.
