Child Policy

• Children under the age of 5 years are not allowed on the hot air balloon ride
• Children between 5 and 11 years will be charged discounted rates
• Children above 11 years are charged at the regular rates

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges apply if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the tour
• A 100% cancellation charge applies on cancelling the booking within 24 hours of the tour
• If the guests are not present at the pickup location at pickup time, we consider it a no-show, and there is no refund for the same

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed
• It may take 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
• You will be notified once the refund is processed by our team
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used (cash, bank transfer, credit card, or debit card).
• Any delay in the amount reflecting should be followed up with your bank directly
• If the refund does not appear in your account within the specified time, you may contact us for assistance

• Try the activities like an early morning hot air balloon ride and a camel ride.

• Pick-up between 02:00 PM and 04:30 PM from the hotel.
• Arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve → Receive a headscarf and stainless steel water bottle.
• Go for a 60-minute nature safari in a vintage Land Rover or on a camel.
• Watch the falcon show with the Arabian sunset backdrop.
• Come back to the Bedouin Camp → Enjoy warm coffee and dates.
• Watch the live breadmaking and coffee making → Take camel rides and smoke shisha.
• Feast on the 4-course traditional dinner → Watch the entertainment shows like drumming and Yola.
• Spend the night in traditional stone dwelling rooms with ventilation.
• Wake up before sunrise → Travel to the site of the hot air balloon ride.
• Ride on the hot air balloon for 45-60 minutes → Watch the in-flight falcon show.
• Travel to the Royal Desert Property → Enjoy a gourmet breakfast next to the oasis.
• Drop-off to the city between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

• Performance Stage: There are elevated stages built for the artists to perform the local art forms. These performance stages certainly provide a better view for the guests as well.
• Bathrooms: You will find gender-separated, as well as hygienic toilets available in the camps that are equipped with all the basic amenities.
• Comfortable Beddings: The beds in the rooms provided for overnight stay are comfortable for you to get a good night’s sleep and wake up fresh the next morning for more adventure.
• Camel Rides: Get the option to ride on the back of this majestic desert animal and explore the desert. Moreover, climb these camels parked beside the camps.
• Lounge: There are lounges in the desert available to relax and wait. Along with soft lighting, Arabic coffee and dates, you can enjoy yourself comfortably.
• Wi-Fi: There is Wi-Fi available in the camps, so you can connect and enjoy. Later, connect your devices and enjoy the uninterrupted connection.
• Live Cooking: You will get to watch the art of breadmaking and Arabic coffee-making live in the camps. Moreover, you can also try some of it and add new experiences.
• Prayer Rooms: These rooms are silent and have a comfortable layer of bedding to pray in the desert. Additionally, these rooms are hygienic and gender-separated to avoid interruption while praying.
• Traditional Bedouin Camp Structure: In the desert, the mesmerising camp is built in a way that does not affect the desert ecosystem. Moreover, you will find seating outside to sip on coffee and admire the dune views.
• Seating Areas: There are different seating areas made inside and outside the camps for the comfort of the guests. You can sit outside and click photos with the hypnotic backdrop. Alternatively, there are premium and traditional seats in the camp to enjoy the food and performances.

There are 2 meals included in the luxury cultural desert retreat Dubai. You will feast on a delicious dinner and then, in the morning, enjoy a refreshing breakfast. To provide you with more insights about the tour, here is the menu:

Dinner Menu  

• Starters and Salads: You can start with a lentil soup prepared traditionally and served especially in the colder months. Next, try the dishes like Kibbeh, Sambousek, Baba Ganoush, Hummus, Rocca salad and Fattoush salad.
• Traditional and Grills: There is traditional lamb ouzi, which is cooked slowly underground for around 6 hours and served with 2 rice options. Moreover, there is camel meat stew, charcoal-grilled chicken and Harees for the meal. Enjoy the mouth-watering dishes cooked with local spices.
• Vegetarian Options: You do not have to compromise because there are a variety of vegetarian options present, like Ouzi rice with spiced vegetables, grilled vegetable kebab and plain white rice. Treat your palate with the seasoned vegetables and aromatic rice.
• Dessert: Complete your meal with an Arabic-style dessert called Luqaimat, served in bite-size with date syrup drizzled over it. Alternatively, you can enjoy the assorted fresh seasonal fruits or other beverages like fresh juices, camel milk, karak chai and coffee.

Breakfast Menu

• Palate Cleanser: At the start, you will have a palate cleanser made with passionfruit and turmeric to enhance your culinary journey. 
• Table Items: There are a few things like seasonal fruits, nuts, local honey, jam, butter, assorted cheese and warm bread placed on the table.
• Water-inspired: You will get a dish that takes inspiration from the hidden oasis in the desert and includes ingredients like seaweed-poached crab with lobster. You will enjoy this base with fine mango chunks, crème fraîche and grapefruit. To enhance the taste and look, there will be a garnish of green oil and delicate caviar.
• Earth-inspired: Inspiration comes from the sand of the desert, in which layers of smashed avocado, heirloom carrots and roasted sweet potatoes are layered with baby beets, crisp radish and desert truffle. Enjoy the meal as each bite reveals a different texture.
• Fire-inspired: This dish highlights the sun with ingredients like smoked red pepper around the frilled chicken breast and chicken chorizo sausages. You will enjoy this with Cool mint yoghurt that binds it all. Further, you will get a garnish of lemon olive oil to complete the infusion of flavours.
• Air-inspired: It is a mouth-watering dessert which includes a puff pastry with layers of vanilla lemon espuma and is surrounded by caramelised banana, fresh berries and date syrup on top.
• Eggs: You can add eggs of your choice to the breakfast, like soft scrambled, sunny-side-up fried or soft poached.
• Beverages: Enjoy mineral water, Arabic coffee, fresh juices, Vimto and tea.

Important Note: The items in the meals include gluten, dairy, shellfish and nuts. You must inform us about any of the food preferences or food allergies at the time of booking to help us prepare better.

• Falcon Show: Watch the majestic falcon display different tricks against the desert backdrops as the trainer directs it in different directions. Further, look at the quick response of the bird to the signs of display.
• Drumming: This is an authentic Emirati camp that is full of entertainment. At first, you will watch the ceremonial rhythms that display Bedouin culture and later dive into the energy. Moreover, join in the collective energy and learn about the cultural references with this show.
• Yola Dance: A unique art of storytelling where the artist features rhythmic steps and patterned movements. The Yola dance has deep connections with Emirati heritage and expresses unity in the desert communities.
• In-flight Falcon Show: As you take the hot air balloon flight along with the mesmerising views, watch the unique falconry. The falcons fly around and perform tricks that are taught in the ancient Arabian bird-training legacy.
