BOOKING POLICY
At TheDesertSafariinDubai.com, we want your booking experience to be as smooth and straightforward as your desert adventure. This policy sets out how to book, make payments, request amendments, cancel a booking, and understand the terms that apply to your safari experience.
Certain products or activities may have additional terms relating to age, physical eligibility, safety requirements, equipment, or cancellation. Where applicable, these requirements will be communicated on the relevant product page or at the time of booking.
How to Book
You can make a booking through the following channels:

Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by our team. Please ensure all guest details — including names, contact number, hotel name, and pick-up location — are accurate at the time of booking. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — all transactions processed in AED
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment at our office or hotel travel desk
- Secure online payment link
Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guests under the age of 18 may not independently complete transactions on our website.
Booking Confirmation
Once payment is received, you will receive a written booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp. This confirmation includes your tour details, pick-up time, pick-up location, and booking reference. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any detail is incorrect.
Amendments
If you need to change your booking — including pick-up location, number of guests, or tour date — please contact us as early as possible. Any approved amendment that results in a change in package price will be subject to the applicable price difference, which will be communicated before the amendment is confirmed. Amendments requested less than 24 hours before the tour departure may not be possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are available only in accordance with the cancellation schedule stated below and any applicable product-specific cancellation terms. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or circumstances that fall outside the applicable refund terms. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Where a product has specific cancellation terms that differ from the general policy, the cancellation terms displayed on the relevant product page at the time of booking will apply. Cancellations must be submitted in writing — by email or WhatsApp — and confirmed by our team to be valid. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The applicable cancellation period will be determined based on the date and time the written cancellation request is received by our team.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method. Weekends and UAE public holidays may cause additional delays.
Operator Cancellations
Where an experience is cancelled, postponed, or modified by the relevant operator or us due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, authority restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will, where possible, offer an alternative arrangement subject to availability. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to the affected booking.
No-Shows
Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the stated time. Late arrival may result in a missed pick-up or changes to the scheduled itinerary. Where a guest cannot be collected because of late arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund. If you are not present at the confirmed pick-up location at the agreed time without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Late Arrivals
Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the stated pick-up time. Delayed arrival may affect the scheduled itinerary or result in missed pick-up. Where a guest cannot be collected because of late arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Safety and Conduct
By completing a booking, guests agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or poses a safety risk to others, without refund.
Physical Eligibility
Certain activities, including dune bashing, dune buggy rides, and quad biking, may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions. Guests should review the activity requirements before booking and inform our team of any condition that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Liability
TheDesertSafariinDubai.com is a digital subsidiary of Travel Saga Tourism, specialising in desert safari tours, adventure activities, and customised desert experiences in Dubai, and takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety. We take reasonable steps to support guest safety. Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and providing relevant information that may affect their ability to participate safely. We are not responsible for losses or disruptions arising from a guest’s failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
